Viplus Dairy is a milk powder and formula company that operates in the Toora region in South Gippsland, Victoria. The brief was to find out how customers were using their site, and to increase sales leads and enquiries.
Viplus WebsiteThe first step in the project was setting up Google Analytics and conducting a review of how customers were using the Viplus site, what they were looking for, and the pathways they were taking.
The home page was then re-designed to make it easier and more intuitive for customers to find product information. The products page was then re-designed to increase sales leads.
We built a seamless flow between the products page and contact form.
For Viplus, it was important that their product pages showcased the health benefits of milk powders and formulas, not only for younger children, but across the age spectrum.
It was also important to showcase the pristine South Gippsland cattle farms and country from where the ingredients originate.
Suzuki motorcylces recently moved their Drupal website to a new hosting platform and server. The brief was to build a new development (test site) for testing changes and updates, as well as enable all forms, data and product feeds.
Suzuki WebsiteThe first step in the project was duplicating the live site in order to build a development (test site) for testing updates, changes, and new modules.
When the site was moved to a new host, all contact form integration was lost. These forms needed to be enabled again.
A number of data feeds needed to be configured and enabled so that the online product list could be updated by content authors and marketers.
The brief was to build out the catalogue section of the Best Friends website, set up the filters by state and pet category and build the catalogue search.
Best Friends PetsThe first part of this project was building out the catalogue section of the site to filter all pages and nodes by pet category and by state.
Solr Search was implemented on Drupal to manage the keyword search and handle search queries for all nodes in the catalogue.
The VIP Login was implemented on the site header for a better user experience (UX).
Conways Station is a large cattle station and farm on the edge of Arnhem Land and the Kakadu National Park. The project involved the complete branding, design and development of the Conways Station Farm website.
Conways StationIt was important to design a site that was visually captivating, with strong image galleries and video content to showcase the Australian outback and beauty of the region. The site is designed to attract interest and leads from financial investors and workers.
In developing the site, it was important to build it on a lightweight framework that would ensure fast page load times despite the strong image and video content, and would look great on all devices, including mobile, as well as being optimised for SEO.
For Conways Station, 139,000 hectares on the edge of Kakadu National Park, it was important to capture the beauty and pristine wilderness of the area. And provide a sense that it was almost an extension of the National park. We also wanted to strongly feature the sustainable and low emissions nature of their agricultural business.

The Jump Rope for Heart Program is one of the major service and fundraising programs provided by the Heart Foundation, delivering jump rope and exercise programs to thousands of school students all across Australia. Our brief was to design and develop a new sign up process for parents, students and teachers that would greatly incease the sign up rate.
Jump Rope for HeartThe first step in re-designing the sign up process was to look at the feedback from parents, teachers and students to see what was working well and what wasn't. We then needed to re-engineer the design of the pages and forms to simplify the sign up process and make it leass complicated with fewer steps.
The sign up pages and forms needed to share data and communicate across a few different platforms. The Every Day Hero platform API was the obvious choice in managing the process, as fundraising is at the core of the program.
